Short version: we only collect your email if you give it to us, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
What we collect
If you join our mailing list, we store the email address (and first name, if you provide one) that you enter, along with the date and the internet address the form was sent from. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the free 7-Day Quick Start guide and occasional messages about chair tai chi tips and new books. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, and we will remove you promptly.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone. Purchases of the book are made on Amazon.com and are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.
